The Greater Hartford Celiac Support Group has had it's annual luncheone here for the past two years. Paul, the owner, is well versed in the needed precautions. If you bring your own pasta, you can have about 75% of what's on the menu, as most of his sauces are prepared without flour. The meat may be dusted with flour, so be sure to ask if it can be left off. I'd advise calling ahead to make sure that Paul is there.
Nearly everything on the menu is made without wheat! Pans are always washed out between dishes, because otherwise the pans will burn and the flavours will blend. Exotic tastes: this will ease your craving for Chinese food--and it's not oily!
